Legacy Lead Factory FAQ
Know how the
system works.
The Lead Factory is private infrastructure for active Legacy agents. These answers explain how access and delivery work.
01Who can access the Lead Factory?
Active Legacy agents who complete licensing, agreements, carrier readiness, systems, training, and current eligibility requirements.
02Where do the opportunities come from?
Legacy builds and manages each program in-house. The Lead Factory is not a public lead store or reseller.
03Which products are supported?
Final Expense, Term Life, IUL, Annuity, Health, Veterans, Truckers, and Inbound Calls.
04Are all lead types available in every state?
No. Availability varies by product, state, licensing, campaign demand, and agent eligibility.
05How is my starting plan determined?
We match approved products and states with your readiness, capacity, and current opportunity supply.
06How are form leads and inbound calls different?
Form leads enter your workflow for follow-up. Inbound calls route live to an eligible, available agent during program hours.
07Can I buy leads directly from this website?
No. Access begins through Legacy onboarding and approval.
08Does applying guarantee lead access?
No. Applying starts the review; access depends on completed requirements and current availability.
09How do replacement and delivery rules work?
Your approved program defines delivery, replacement eligibility, and agent responsibilities before activation.
10What happens after I apply?
Onboarding reviews your information, clears any remaining requirements, then activates the approved plan.
